Eighteen:Six Label stands by the quality of our products and your customer service experience.  

RETURNS

You may return the product within 30 days after initial receipt of your product. We ask that the product be unworn, unwashed and without any fragrance.

Once the product is inspected and approved for refund, you will be notified via email and the refund will be processed immediately to your credit card or original method of payment.  This may take 3-5 business days to take effect. 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange your product if damaged or defective.  If you would like to exchange for the same item, send us an email and we will send you instructions on returning your item(s). 

You will be responsible for shipping costs, as refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
